Native Authentication requirements
Requirements for using native platform authentication include:
- Native platform authentication service must be installed on a Windows NT, AIX,
or z/OS Host On-Demand server. On Windows NT, native platform authentication
requires Windows NT Server or Windows Advanced NT Server (Lanman) with a non-null
domain.
- On the Host On-Demand server, LDAP must be enabled and users must have Native
Authentication enabled.
- On Windows NT, the native user IDs must be enabled to allow batch logon.
