It is designed to serve as a self-help tool to help experienced Host On-Demand administrators like you resolve your problem without having to call IBM Support.
The first step to solving your problem is completing the troubleshooting checklist. Similar to the way an IBM support person would ask you a series of questions, the checklist walks you through a list of steps designed to help determine the source of your problem.
